Hello! My name is Lisa Bentley. I am excited to begin my 29th year at St. Mary’s School. I currently teach the kindergarten and 1st grade split class. My past teaching responsibilities included starting the preschool 28 years ago, teaching kindergarten, 3rd grade, 2nd and 3rd grade split, and the preschool through 6th grade art and gym programs.

My husband, David, and I will celebrate our 14- year anniversary in October. I have two children Abby (27), and Brandon (25). They both are St. Mary’s School alumni, I also have an 8 -year-old granddaughter, Jenna, and a 4- year-old grandson Ollie. Jenna is starting 3rd grade and Ollie will be in the 4 -year-old preschool classroom at St. Mary’s. 

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy traveling with my husband, doing DIY projects to our home, and playing with my 2 dog fur babies, Crystal and Emerald.
