After School Club

The St. Mary’s After School Club (ASC) is available to St. Mary’s school families who seek a safe, supervised, and fun environment for their children during the after-school hours. Supervised by Ms. Stephanie Rickords, in the school gym and playground, the ASC encourages children to complete homework assignments, participate in recreational activities and craft projects, and offers a healthy snack for those hungry after-school appetites!
After School Club Fees
One time family registration fee: $25.00

$4.50 per hour for one child

$4.25 per hour each for two children

$4.00 each for three children

Fees are calculated by the quarter hour, starting at 3:15 and going to 5:30.
There is no After School Club on Non-School Days or Half-Days.

After School Late Pick-Up Policy: St. Mary’s School understands that emergencies and accidents do happen. However, the After School Club policy for late pick up is as follows: $5 per child for the first 10 minutes after the program is officially closed, and $1 per child every minute after that first 10 minutes. If you are going to be late, please contact Ms. Rickords, the ASC coordinator. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late, please ask someone else on your pick-up list to come for your child.
